this book has helped me get over the fear of pressure canning. Loved this book. It leaves nothing out and helps in everything you need to know about canning.
Really nice book, good recipes and I love the facts and tips that the author wrote in addition to the regular recipes. Nice pictures, good reading and I'm really glad I bought it! I have lots of canning books but I think this is my favorite!
Very well written detailed information on canning. I was hoping for more recipes especially for the price, not a very big book. It's great for a beginner, but, not so much for an experienced canner.

This is a great book for canning. Each recipe gives you a list of what you need as well as safety requirements and you don't have to constantly go back and find information on another page. Makes canning so easy and the recipes are not a bunch of weird ingredients. Just basic things everyone would like. Love it!!
